This is arguably the most important step in the process, so take your time to make your profile the best it can be!

2. Get familiar with how to get new clients through Grow

Learn about attracting new clients through Grow's platform and other partnerships, like Zocdoc and Psychology Today.

3. Set up your Provider Portal and payments

Connect your banking to Stripe, set up your welcome message, and get ready to turn your referrals toggle on soon.

4. Prepare for & hold your first sessions through Grow

Go into your first session feeling confident and ready. Take a self-guided onboarding course, or explore our resources to help you feel prepared.

5. Learn where to get support after you've fully onboarded

You're in! You've held your first session and completed your onboarding. Our teams are here to support your success.

6. Find the answers to every question you have on your own

If you have a question, we've probably answered it. Let our Help Center be the first place you look to find answers — every time.

Frequently asked questions

How is this hub different than the Help Center?

This Onboarding Hub is meant to guide you step-by-step through your onboarding journey at Grow — starting with creating your profile and ending with preparing for your first session. The Help Center is your go-to resource to answer every question you have about Grow at every stage in your journey.

How will I get clients?

Grow will use your Grow Provider Profile to build out profiles across other directories, such as Zocdoc and insurance directories. We'll work with you to help you market yourself to prospective clients. Check out these marketing resources, and learn more about attracting clients here.

Where can I review my rates?

Our help widget can help you easily access any rate sheet you need. Log into your Provider Portal, click the widget in the bottom righthand corner, and ask for rate sheets. This article will walk you through how to view rate sheets.

Where should I go for support?

Your Onboarding Specialist is your best point of contact to answer any questions you have about getting started with Grow. Check out our Help Center, or chat with our Growbot in the Provider Portal to get easy answers to basic questions. If you need any support after you've started seeing clients, check out this resource to find the right support for your needs.

How can I join the Community?

Be on the lookout for an invitation within a few days of completing your Provider Profile. If you're having trouble locating your invitation, please email community@growtherapy.com.
